Six phases from your entity structure on paper to a signed-off first close in NetSuite.
A NetSuite implementation is only as good as the methodology behind it. Cloudmaven’s structured six-phase approach eliminates the two risks that matter most to CFOs, namely timeline overruns and financial data integrity failures.
- 1. Initiate

The CFO’s checklist for ERP implementation risk
67%
of ERP projects exceed budget due to scope creep from unclear financial requirements

longer close cycles are common in the first 6 months post go-live with the wrong partner
43%
of companies re-implement within 3 years due to poor initial configuration decisions
Stop tolerating an ERP that wasn’t built for your needs
International companies outgrow generic ERP implementations quickly and the cost of a failed or poorly scoped implementation goes far beyond budget overruns. It shows up in delayed closes, disconnected workflows, and investor reports you’re not confident in.
We implement and configure the full NetSuite module suite. What decides the outcome is the process work we do before any configuration begins.
Every engagement starts with a structured Initiate phase in which we map your legal entity structure, close cycle requirements, and integration dependencies alongside your CFO and finance leadership. Only once that financial architecture is documented do we move into design and build. This sequence is not a formality. It is the reason our clients go live on time, with clean data and a close process that works from day one.

Your Oracle NetSuite partner for international growth
Cloudmaven is a certified Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider and implementation partner specialising in complex, multi-entity ERP deployments for international companies. We work exclusively with fast-growing businesses where financial architecture complexity demands more than a standard implementation playbook.
Our team of certified NetSuite consultants combines deep finance domain expertise with technical implementation rigour. That means we speak the language of your CFO and your development team in equal measure. PE-backed companies choose Cloudmaven when they can’t afford a second attempt at ERP.
Cloudmaven holds certifications across NetSuite ERP deployments. We also offer competitive NetSuite licensing as part of an end-to-end engagement giving you a single, accountable partner.
Implementation with Cloudmaven
We start with what your finance and management team need from the system for planning, controlling, closing and reporting, and design the NetSuite architecture from that. Integrations are built in both directions, so NetSuite holds the figures that the close and the reports come from.
Our services
NetSuite Licensing As a certified Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider we sell the NetSuite licenses ourselves, so licensing, implementation and ongoing consulting come from one contract and one partner.
Change Management We train the finance team and coach the CFO through the change, so the new system is accepted and used from day one.
NetSuite Implementation & SuiteSuccess We implement NetSuite with the SuiteSuccess method in six phases from Initiate to Deploy, drawing on more than 100 NetSuite implementations.
Localization and Global Expansion Localizations add each country's tax, banking, invoicing and reporting requirements, so a new subsidiary abroad runs in the same NetSuite account as the rest of the group.
Support After go-live a Cloudmaven consultant supports the first close, and once it is signed off our Customer Success Team takes over with a named support consultant.

FAQs
Why does Cloudmaven start with financial architecture before configuring NetSuite?
Most ERP implementations fail because consultants configure software before understanding how the business actually closes its books. We spend the first weeks mapping your entity structure, close cycle, and reporting requirements alongside your CFO so every configuration decision is driven by your financial reality, not a generic template.
What happens during the Analysis phase, and who needs to be involved?
Analysis is a structured 2–3 week process in which we review your legal entity structure, existing chart of accounts, integration landscape, and period-close workflow. We need time with your CFO or Head of Finance, and ideally your IT lead. The output is a documented financial architecture blueprint that governs every subsequent phase.
How do you ensure the implementation stays on time and on budget?
Every Cloudmaven engagement runs on a fixed timeline with sprint-based delivery and weekly finance stakeholder sign-offs. Scope is defined and locked after the Design phase and before any build work begins. This is why there are no surprises. There are no open questions left when we start building.
What is hypercare, and how long does it last after go-live?
Hypercare is an intensive support period in the first 3–6 weeks after go-live, during which a Cloudmaven consultant is available daily. We monitor your first live close cycle, resolve issues in real time, and make configuration adjustments as needed. You do not move to our customer success team until your first successful financial close is complete and signed off.
